Default STAG 6.8 Upper M4 Feed Ramp Question

Does anyone know why Stag does not use M4 Feed Ramps? Does Rock River? Is this a difficult modification? How poor is the accuracy without the M4 Feed Ramps?

Opinion Needed: Which Upper Is A Better Buy - Stag 1/11 SPC II Chrome Lined or Rock River 1/10 SPC II No Chrome Lining. (Keep in mind Rock River is claiming 12 Months + lead time)

    Thanks.

    Dave

Can most gunsmiths install or mod M4 feed ramps? Cheap? I have read that the Stag is still accurate with the factory ramps...........your thoughts?

Stag is better, as long as you send it to Adco for the $15 extended ramp job. You really do need the extended ramps to ensure reliable feeding.

Not sure what you mean. The Stag I have for sale has the ramps and they appear factory.

The extension has the ramps but the receiver doesn't. The same is true on several Stag's and others I have looked at. If I could find the thread I would link it since it has oictures. It is how I found out my D.S. didn't have the ramos when I thoought they did it was the barrel extension that I was looking at.

Stag does not do M4 feed ramps, there reply to my question as to why they said lube it "properly" and you will not have problems. I still had problems and wasn't going to have a gun spitting oil out the port. Took my model 7 to the dealer who sold it to me and he did the feed ramps for free. JoJo's gunworks, they carry them and Jodi will do the ramps if you ask.

I still think you can find dealers with inventory or inventory coming in. Large dealers have a pipeline of outstanding orders that are inbound at any given moment.

    PKFirearms had RRA's recently.
Legal Transfers on AR15.com has a solid reputation on customer service.

It sounds like JoJo's has some?

They are out there if you shop around.
We are now seeing the gap between red states and blue states widen significantly. At what point do they separate?
