Don't judge it too hard, really fast drawing, and tried the new printer's scanner feature...

Tomahawks are good and all, but what about a good old fashioned Double-Headed Battle Axe... ?

Good drawing Raph. I think the tomahawk is the way to go as it serves much more duty then a battle axe.

Anyways Raph you also hit the right steel there. S7, from what I know in the back of my head, is the steel I was thinking of going with. It is very impact resistant and I believe would be the right steel for the job.

But the Zytel is going to be gone. Also Instead of running a through tang handle I'll be running a full tang on these.

I really like the full tang on my bladed weapons for strength and durability, but I was just thinking about the weight issue... Esp if its going to be able to be thrown.
I love the looks of the old tomahawks (like what they used in the American Revolutionary War). One with modern metals and slight design improvements is what I'm hoping to see... Keeping it true to its roots! To me, a tomahawk is intimidating, no matter what time period its from...

Nope no hidden tang, I don't build hidden tangs. Well I have, but it was not my choice.

    I'm thinking full tang.
