I use Ergo also.
MIAD, small front strap, large back strap. My baretta Px4 sold me on that combo as a best fit for my hand, YMMV.
Just changed my Hogue out for a Magpul Miad, I liked the Hogue but i wanted the storage space. The Miad feels good with the large back piece added.
Ergo just feels natural to me.
