    Weigand makes rock solid stuff...I was going to recommend but was beat to the punch. I have a couple Weigand mounts, one of which is on my Ruger Super Blackhawk Hunter 44...Very nice.

    This should be a video link of shooting the Smith 500 today. The video is shooting four rounds of Corbon 440 gr. full power magnums, 1625 fps 2580 ft. lb muzzle energy it was a gas. Put one round into four yellow page phone books taped together, over 4,000 pages, went clean through them and the 3" of oak back board

    Looks a lot like the one that I got to shoot, only I was laughing like a little school girl as the bowling pins disintegrated! LOL
