I had some issues with their .308. RRA finally sent me a new gun, which I immediately sold. It was very accurate, just wouldn't feed worth a damn.
It seems like most who have them, like them though... And I'm a big fan of 7mm-08.
My 6.8 is a RRA and it shoots great, even better than some of my bolt guns. Been thinking of getting an AR10 for my stand hunting. I already have a 7mm-08 bolt gun, and have been surprised at just how well the 7mm-08 performs for being a small cartridge. There isn't much difference between it and a .270 Winchester, and it can hit harder than a .30-06 at distance with some of the high BC bullets. Anyway, never knew RRA made an 08. Anyone ever used one?

I've been eyeing one for a while to go with the 308 version. Flatter track but definitely a hand-loader's realm if you intent to shoot a great deal. Would be able to swap out the 30 for a 7mm as easy as a 6.8 for 5.56.
the only problem that I have had is the use of older FAL inch mags that were loose at the feed lips and tried to let two feed out. The polymer have given me no trouble at all nor has the ONLY 10 round metal one that I have. Two of the metric FAL's were really loose in the mag well, but locked up fine and fed ok. I think I have a total of 12 of the metric that feed fine and traded or sold off the rest. Mine was built in January 2011.
We may have a long wait on the 7-08 list, but I think it would be worth the rate.
