Won't Fully Cycle

I'm new at reloading, and I am having a small problem. I think the problem is not enough powder, but I would like some other opinions.
I am shooting a J&T 20" upper, with a lower that I built using Stag parts. The problem that I'm having is that most of the reloads that I have tried won't fully cycle. 90% of the time, the empty case is ejected, but the next round doesn't load. Below is the list of loads. All loads are using CCI#41 primers.

When I put my Hornady and SST store bought ammo in the gun, everything works fine.

Your powder is too fast for a rifle gas barrel. Try picking a slower burning powder and your short stroking problems should go away. It's not a charge issue it has to do with how fast the powder burns.

If you can get you some aa2200 and you will never look back. It works great for a broad bullet selection (85gr and higher). Works great on my 20" Rifle gas Stag.

increase the 28.5gr of Xterm to 29.5, that will get you close to ssa's commercial load velocity. I used 30gr to test rifles for a few years.
4198 and RE7 are a little fast for 110gr bullets, not that the powders can't be used with a 110 but just a little fast burning.

Also try running some H322. For 110gr HPBT - Try 27.2gr to start. I use this in my loads and find this to be just right for me.

H322, AA2200, and Reloader 10x will be better choices for the 100+gr bullets, and should give you more velocity with better reliability. And you can seat your bullets out a touch farther also if you like, and if you have mags that will allow them to go longer. I prefer to seat at ~2.295, but I only have one mag that will allow that, so I seat everything to 2.28-2.285 so I dont worry about mixed loads/feeding problems.

These guys know their stuff. The powder and OAL should be reviewed.

The only thing to add is the velocity.

110 is normally around 2600 fps @ 16" and 2700 fps @ 20".

Most of your loads are 300-400 fps slower

None of the rounds shown any signs of high pressure, but then I can only base this on reading and research. All primers are good. No flattened ones.
I have read all over the forum that Accurate A2200 is the powder that I should be using for the 20" barrel and for the 120 grain Hornady's. After much seeking, I was able to get the local supplier, Simmons Sporting Goods, to order me some. Now have some in my possession, so I am going to try it out. Only problem now is that gun season is open here in Alabama, so weekends will be with a rifle in my hands, but not to test loads. I will squeeze it in somehow though.
I will increase some of the loads above and try them again also. Especially the X-Terminator.

I can get around 2700fps with 1/2" group from my 20" using the 120sst and aa2200. You will not be disappointed.
