Default Updating a trust after each stamp?

For you guys that are stamp collecting through a trust; Are you supposed to update your schedule A and get your trust re-notarized after each approved stamp? I thought you only had to complete an assignment of interest form with the new item listed.

I've gotten a few stamps now since I opened the trust and I want to make sure all my future applications are on the up and up.

***I am no lawyer and this is just how I was told and how I interpreted the information given to me***

My trust came with a schedule "A" and a "Property List". I simply added my suppressor like so....

Item 1: $10.00 (Original item when trust was created....aparently it must be funded to make it legit)
    item 2: SPR/M4 6.8 Serial Number: xxxxxxx

I then changed the date at the top of the document to the day it was updated with my new suppressor. I kept the orginal signed and notorized copy of the schedule a in the packet the trust is kept in and added the updated documents.

I do not believe you need to re-notorize anything when adding new items. The trust somewhere should state that the settlor can add or remove items as they wish, therefore no other signatures are needed.
