That one would be the magazine feed lips problem.

See the long scratch on the brass? check your feed lips for a sharp edge, if you find one hone or sand it smooth.
I rounded the corners of the gen 3 PRI mags to match the gen 1s, they feed much smoother.

What mags are you using. The scratch almost looks like it's coming from the bolt? even the rim in the first pic

The mags are PRI gen 3. I tweeked the lips and that appears to have helped. Smothed the edges of the feed lip. The long scratch is comming from the bolt. Are the bullets sitting to high in the magazine or is that normal?

Thanks again for everyones help. Im really getting to know my gun very personal .

Joe can you post photos of the area on the ejector that you filed and what process you used, i.e. tools and estimate of material removed.

I am having similar FTF issues on my 264 LBC setup and would like to try the ejector modification as well.

P.S. you should see my brass, it gets completely mangeled.

    What lower are you using?

With a dremel and a chainsaw stone it takes about 30 seconds, just a small bevel to allow the case rim to slide over it.

Take a piece of fine sandpaper and round the bottom edge of the feed lips on both sides.
