I think it will be too slow for the 6.8 to get any decent velocity. You wont be able to get enough of it in the case. It's slower than Reloader-15 or TAC.
Has anyone tried the CFE 223 powder in the 6.8? Grendel folks getting some pretty intresting numbers with it all over their bullet wieghts

I have more CFE on the way for the 6.5G, but I'll try some with 110ABs, I'll WAG AA2200 will be a step up velocity wise in the 6.8 vs CFE.
Maybe I also have a Grendel and was just wondering.
I found one load for ww-748 (which is very very close to CFE-223 in burn rate) for the 6.8 that actually looks pretty good for a 130gr. It might work OK for some of the heavier bullets.

One of the Guys over at the Grendel site is getting great results with CFE223 with 130 grainers which is at the heavy end of the Grendel loadings. 31 grains under a 130 grain Norma GT. Speeds around 2600fps that's what prompted me to start this post.
Over 2650 with a 130gr match bullet from a 24 inch tube. WOW.
A Grendel case can hold 34g of CFE and still fit a 100g bullet to mag length.
Density could be good in the 6.8, I can't wait to see results from the handloaders here.
Lots of guys provided going info on AA2200, maybe they will try CFE next.
