Yikes... i don't think i realized that. Hmmmm... may have to reevaluate. Just hate that apple panders to "masses."
Plus, they bitched for years that microsoft only promoted their stuff not because it was better but because it was more widely "supported" and now apple puts out a commercial that says "we have more apps so stop buying android and limiting yourself," seems like its ok to use that method when it supports their view.
Anyway, the anti-guns/google/android connection bugs me. will have to research it a bit.
Thanks.

Thanks... did some searching here. I can't see the discussion here cuz most of it is in the general site. However, I did find a link to the firearm blog. Very depressing indeed. I was annoyed when googled hedged their way into Android anyway, but as far as google shopping... who cares I have every site (Brownells, cheaperthandirt, bravocompany, etc) saved if i really wanna price shop i just go to amazon.
Thanks very much for the info. Being the CO of a few hundred gun nuts puts me in a position of answering questions every now and then about where i shop for stuff, etc...
When someone calls me a hero, I remind them that the I am not a hero. The real heros didn't make it back like I did.

I have been in some uncomfortable situations regarding this topic. I served 8 years USAF and deployed as the CT/X-ray service specialist. I was a FOBit for sure by design and actually had to live in the hospital compound in a tent instead of the housing area so that they could find me if anything broke. We got mortars and rockets but I never kicked in a door or got in a fire fight. I am proud of what I did but sure don't think of it as heroic. My first tour Ramadi and Sadir City were super hot and Falujah was still active. As a hospital we were extremely busy and all saw a lot of screwed up things for sure.
Most speechless I have ever been was when an infantry kid in the smoke pit looked at me and said I don't know how you guys do this! I was blown away because I knew he had come in with his best friend and battle buddy who was in our ICU fighting for his life after they were caught in an ambush while on patrol. WTF, do you say to that?
I am no hero. I have saluted them though as they left our hospital with that tightly folded flag on their chest to start that long journey home to be buried on American soil.
