I've been visiting this wonderfully informative site for a little while and finally decided to register. I've owned a Ruger Mini 6.8 since the spring of 2010 and have been very pleased with both the rifle and the cartridge.

Hey what part of western mass are you in? I grew up and still hunt there, I live just up 91 near Brattleboro. Ha and I also have a Ruger Mini 6.8.

Okay, I'll shut up. Some fellas have to keep their tongues flappin' but not me. I was brought up right. My pa used to tell me to shut up and I'd shut up. I wouldn't say nothin'. One time darn near starved to death. WOULDN'T TELL HIM I WAS HUNGRY!!

jdudkiewicz, I'm in Hampshire County, I'm looking forward to next hunting season for sure. I saw a beautiful 8-point last season in a Williamsburg swamp but wasn't able to get a shot on him. Maybe he'll show up again this fall!
