Will 450 Bushmaster upper fit my Barrett Rec7 Lower?
I recently bought the Rec7 in 6.8spc Love the gun and love the caliber. BUT I shot my friends new Remington R-15 450 Bushmaster....and now i want one.
Was wondering if a 450 bushmaster upper will fit my rec7 lower?

So I can buy just the upper bolt it on and go, i don't need anything else?
Proper magazines, and make sure you have the proper bolt.

Sorry to be such a noob... but does the 450 bushmaster upper kits come with the bolt? I know they come with the magazine?
Is there any reason NOT to buy a new upper for my lower? Seems silly to buy multiple guns for specific calibers when you I can just buy the different uppers that I want in that caliber? I guess what im asking is there a catch? Will my gun with the 450 bushmaster upper work and be as accurate as if i were to buy an actual 450 bushmaster specific rifle?

I know nothing about the Barretts but you can pin a 450 or 50 Wulf to a 5.56/multi caliber lower. I buy my uppers complete to match the bolt and barrel and a complete upper comes that way.

Mine is the Rec7 in the 6.8spc. Maybe that doesn't make a difference...I guess I will just call Barrett today and ask them before I order the upper.

I talked to Barrett and they confirmed it will fit so I ordered here upper Thursday. Thanks for the help I'll give a review once installed.
