New NSR handguard rocks

I just picked up my new Rogue Hunter today and I wanted to tell you guys that I was very impressed with your new NSR handguard. Light and rock,solid. Great job.

I have to agree! I just used a 13.5" rail on my recent build and I love it. I can't wait until they release some of the accy's which will go dirrectly onto the rail. Sorry for the Crappy Cell Phone pic.

We also have an offset mount for the SF Scout light in the works that should be finished shortly.

Excellent, I was laughing out loud when I was installing the barrel nut, no special wrench needed, I just pulled a crows foot out of the tool box. First side I tried, indexing wasn't there at 70 ft'lbs, turned it around, and it was spot on.

I didn't have the right imperial sized tool, so it was a 27mm I think I used, almost all the bikes I work on are Metric,lol.

I LIKE the Handguard.

Love this rail. I have two installed on my guns--a 13.5" on a 16" 6.8 gun and a 9" on a 10.5" SBR. I liked the first one so much I ordered the second and now have a third NSR on the way from Rainier.

The plastic should be going out later this month.

No plans at this time. The design for the cut out rail we make would add too much weight/bulk to the handguard, because the entire top section needs to be removable for the Switchblock with gas tube to be installed.
