I love SSA lighter loads under 100 grains but everything lightweight uses expensive projectiles. For us SBR guys, we get nearly a complete powder burn even with our shorter barrels. My velocity suffers and the concussion/flash is higher with the heavier projectiles that use the slower burning powder. Is it possible to get that magic fast burning powder with a cheaper 115 OTM or similar pills? I would be in for 500-1000 more affordable rounds with the fast powder and I am sure other SBR guys would.

LOL, one request at a time. Everyone always talks about wanting an affordable plinking round but no one has tackled it yet. SSA already has the ability to create a round for us SBR gunners with just putting their fast burning powder in their 115 grain OTM. 115 OTM is a cheaper round to load and shoot. I just don't know how much of a run they would have to produce to make it viable for them or if it is an easy for them to switch powders in a limited run.Originally Posted by Black45
