Rexford knives are amazing and worth the wait. I need to post up a pic. Thanks Todd!
We are now seeing the gap between red states and blue states widen significantly. At what point do they separate?

Arms discourage and keep the invader and plunderer in awe, and preserve order in the world as well as property... Horrid mischief would ensue were the law-abiding deprived of the use of them.-Thomas Paine
You sir are truely a master of your craft. Absolutely stunning knife. I'm not even a huge knife guy, but damn that thing is just awesome.
They that can give up essential liberty to obtain a little temporary safety deserve neither liberty nor safety.- Benjamin Franklin
For anybody on the fence, Rexford Knives are both highly usable and works of art from a young master craftsman... His name doesn't go on a blade until he's satisfied.
I have a basic Godspeed that's just awesome and plan to get back "in the book" and patiently wait for a heavy duty folder. Beyond that, Todd's a 6.8 fiend and basically just one heck of a good man... Your custom-Rexford WILL take time but will be worth every $ and day spent waiting.

The production knife that Boker is producing is going alright. We've had some issues with it though, manufacturing has been kicking their ass. There were a fair amount of good ones that went out on the first run but since then they have been rejecting every one for the past 4 months or so. That's why they are not in stock anywhere.
Its kept me going back and forth with their people trying to solve some issues, basic as well as complex.
We knew though that going into this thing trying to produce a knife that is made of fully contoured 6/4 titanium at the pricepoint we wanted was going to be very hard, and its proving true. I figured though that problems would arise initially instead of after the knife was released. Alot of the issues are stemming from Titanium supply and the quality they are getting, but there are also basic machining problems as well.
You can see 1 of the issues on the youtube video that it got blasted on. Love how they throw the designer under the bus too.... haha. But that's the nature of the business when most people don't understand that its just my design and engineering licensed to a Production knife company. I only sign off on the prototypes and get involved when things need to be taken care of.
So anyways I'm working with Boker pretty hard on it and they are working their asses off trying to fix the issues. The homestretch is in sight and They should have plenty more going out to dealers very soon.

Sucks that you go through the design and prototype to get a good product from them, and the full production run doesn't match. If the YouTube vid you were referring to is the one I found, his review is FAIL for not being able to keep the knife in focus and the lack of curtains to block the "mid morning sun". There will always be detractors, but you just have to keep doing what you know best.
