I'm going to order a couple of sets. They seem to be good bang for the buck. I just can't put SSA-E's or SD-3G in rifles I let other's borrow, I'd never get them back!!!(damn bro in laws).

Rumor is that ALG is Mrs. Geissele's company, while Mr. Geissele runs the company with his namesake. Comparing the contact addresses, it looks accurate.

It's actually his Daughter, ALG are her initials... but very quick to catch that!

I bought one of of the ACT's for my 6.8 and a QMS for my 5.56 gun, I haven't had a chance to get out to the range yet but I'm shooting for Wednesday. The only other AR trigger I have experiance with is the DPMS ones that come in lower parts kits, so I may not be the best source of info. With that being said, The ACT feels A LOT smoother just dry firing it, the QMS is a LITTLE bit smoother than the DPMS ones. I think the ACT "feels" a little bit lighter on the pull, but that could just be cause its so much smoother.

Got time on a buddies ACT, it's OK, and not bad stacked against a run of the Mil LPK, but it had some Creep and the break while not spongy was not as sharp as a SSA. The ACT we shot is still young, it had 400 rounds on it before I shot it, we put on more lube, and shot 400 more rounds through it, any trigger time on an AR is a good time, we had lots of fun.

I should have my 2 ACT's delivered this week, but in the future, I'll spend the extra scratch on SSA-E's(PLEASE try to find someone with a SSA or SSA-E and pull the trigger before dropping for any other trigger, lol).

The SD-3G, wow is all I have to say, I'm still getting dialed into it, but for a go-fast game gun, it is ideal. When I shoot for groups on the bench, I still get a surprise break, I think I can shoot smaller groups with the SSA-E, and the E works great for me in a GP weapon. My daughters will only get the SSA though,(haha, dad's).

I'll keep the ACT's I have coming, and if they are the same as my buddies, I'll not buy any more of them, but only due to the SSA-E's(total spoilage, how can you go back)performance.

I cant wait to hear what others think, the ACT is nicer than most of the LPKs setups, and I think it performed 100% of how it's promoted. It's only half way up the ladder vs the SSA's, if you have a crappy trigger, the ACT willl probably make you smile, but if you want a kick ass trigger get the SSA, or an SSA-E if your a seasoned AR guy(1st stage is spring take up, and 2nd stage is NOT heavy and CRISP).

years ago, I thought my AR-10T with the Armalite 2 stage was nice, we have it good with the Geissele's now...

thanks for the write up...I just picked up an armalite tactical 2 stage for a 5.45 build. Anyone use one here and how did you like it? The hide is mixed to negative but ar15.com and m4carbine are mixed to positive.....

I got my ACT in a while back. I'm still rocking my standard mil-spec trigger to try and get a benchmark or reference point. I think I'm heading out to shoot again next week. I will try and get it installed for a test run. But any review I give will be based on a very limited perspective.
