I ordered mine right after Thanksgiving and received it on Dec 14.. So it took a little over two weeks for me. your results may vary. Its best not to think about that awesome hunk of metal that will probably shoot sub MOA. :-)
I ordered one today how long of a wait are these in bead blasted finish and Who does the machining on these barrels? Thanks Mike

5-10 one-shot cycles - 1 shot then solvent patch followed by a dry patch
1 three-shot cycle - 3 shots wet solvent patch....dry patch
1 five-shot cycle - 5 shots...solvent...dry patch....
basically you are trying to shoot away the tooling marks and rough edges inside the bore. use a good copper removing solvent to remove the fouling after the shot.
This is just the method i use... there are prob different variations...also all barrels are different so there isn't a specific break-in method for all barrels
Thanks i always shot cleaned after one shot for 20 rounds then started 5 shot cleanings. If the barrel doesnt shoot well after that then i will use Tubbs Final Finish.
My bison shoots ssa ph great. Dime sized groups at 100 yards. The bead blasting is done by a gentleman in tx that Ben sends his upper's to. Like said above results may very but I waited about a month for mine.
