    I ordered 2 small parts for a lower, on 6/15 that were in stock! Still today it shows "processing". I have tried to call since yesterday (cannot get through), & also emailed twice to cancel it! I have received no response back.... I had no knowledge of their free shipping, & if it makes them this busy, I would be more than happy to pay for shipping to get my order in a timely manner.

    Their shipping sucks, they were slow when they didnt have all the sales going. I had to call six times in a row today just to get thru, then got put on hold. This is after two different emails saying the exact same thing in response to two different questions I asked. I buy a lot from PSA but I think ill start going elsewhere.

    I also was a doing a lot of business with PSA and finally had to change vendors. The final straw was an item that was said to have been shipped via email. Took a week to talk to someone to find out why it had not arrived after three weeks. She said it was on the way and then got an email an hour later saying it was out of stock and the order was canceled with refund.

    Ordered some pmags and ranger plates and they were in home at one week. I have used them before and have had no issues.

    That's how it used to be for me too, don't know why the bad service became the norm?

    Out of all the orders Ive placed with PSA over the last year, I think Ive gotten one in a weeks time. It usually takes a week before it even leaves PSA.

    My latest shipment took 2 weeks, but they included a 60 dollar FH.

    No complaints.

    I've ordered 2 times and a buddy has also, shipping was fine considering the "free shipping" deal they have going. I'd imagine they are swamped with orders.

    We are only about 3-4 hours away from their SC shop though if it matters....
    6.8X43 for hunting, .264 GARP for targets.

    My experience w/them has been less than satisfactory. I've called, no answer, emailed and slow response. I cancelled the order to find I would be charged 10% restocking fee. The order should be here tomorrow, basically 2 weeks. They remind me of Botach Tactical. Yikes! I'm voting w/my feet.
