We are running low on semi-auto carriers (1 left I believe). We are probably going to split them all into individual items so we can keep up with inventory. These are flying off the shelf so its not really practical for us to leave the drop down list since our system will not let us keep up with inventory that way.

We do have a order that is on the way that should get us caught with everything. What are you looking for and I will make sure we have it for you.

Got a build to do...near future, a few weeks. Full carrier for that one, and I was thinking about replacing the one in my 5.56, but I need an AR15 for that, because the lower has a sear block in it....

I deal with about 5%-10% of the population 80%-90% of the time...

When do you anticipate your order coming in? I want a carrier bolt assembly in the NIB for a 6.8 but not pressed for time. I also am wanting to grab up some of your ACS magazines as well along with a couple other things money permitting. missed out on your opening sales hoping you have another soon!!!

Full carriers are not a problem its the semi carriers that we are running low on.

Hmmm..... .308 carriers you say?! Okay, now we're talking. I need to start working more OT.

    ???

7.62x39 carriers are the same as 5.56 and 6.8 semi auto carriers. Only the bolts are different.

So...I would guess you're getting 7.62x39 "bolt carrier assemblies"...

How will the .308 carriers be priced?

    Thanks.

    300 AAC Blackout Chambering Cancelled:

Some time ago, Savage announced it would be chambering the Model 10 Precision Carbine in 300 AAC Blackout. Since that time, we have tested many variants of this cartridge in various barrel lengths and rates of twist. This exhaustive testing left us quite unsatisfied with the accuracy we were able to get from the subsonic loads in this chambering. Accuracy with the lighter, faster loads in this caliber was actually quite good. But we believe the real value in this cartridge lies in the use of subsonic loads for suppressed rifles. Therefore we have decided to scrap the project.
It is our understanding that pushing these heavy, slow bullets presents challenges not found in typical loadings and that our experience is not unique. Subsequently, many in the industry have simply adopted a lower standard for accuracy for these subsonic loads. While this does seem reasonable and we don't criticize any in our industry that have taken this approach, it just won't work for Savage.
Our brand was built on accuracy and we are too protective of our reputation for building the most accurate factory rifles available. We would rather walk away from this opportunity than sell a product that requires an explanation.

As we continue to add to our catalog we are going to concentrate some more on the AR10 platform. We have some Y/M 308 BCG on the way and will be carrying Mega and many others.
