I order stuff from them all the time in ca without issues. Is that notice on that particular product page?

I'm in need of ordering a couple of parts to fix a problem on my AR, namely a disconnector and disconnector spring. I see the "do not live in a state that prohibits large capacity magazines" notice there. Can I at least order those simple parts, living in upstate New York? There's no legal problem here at all with AR15's in and of itself, just some of the nitpicky stuff here and there but does not in any way impact what I order from you guys. Can that be done?

Yes you can...order away. Mostly that pertains to magazines over a 10 round limit. What kinda problem you having?

regulated items are - lower recievers, magazines in mag regulated states, suppressors) otherwise you should be good to order. (how can you regulate a simple spring, just because it is used in a rifle, especially when you can find a lot of springs that are "useable", by wich i mean they preform the same function, in any machine shop or hardware store.)
Aero Pricision flat top upper, Black hole weaponry stainless heavy profile barrel 1:10, Plumcrazy complete lower with six position milspec stock (proudly using an all plastic fire control group), UTG free float quad rail, UTG swiveling bipod, Nikon Prostaff 3-9x40mm scope, PRI QC muzzle brake, Cproducts 15 round mags, Command Arms Cheek piece bundle, UTG m4 butt pad, DPMS style single rail gas block
Having double firing on reset. When I hold the trigger back and let out slowly to reset it will occasionally let off a second shot. Doesn't happen every time and doesn't happen if I just pull and let go, but it's enough of a problem for me to need to fix it, particularly since I use my rifles fairly often to introduce first time shooters and built this one largely for that purpose.

Replace the whole trigger group...

Sounds like a good time to invest in a nice aftermarket trigger...
