if you don't want to drop $500 on an eotech magnifier look at primary arms. i have the 3x magnifier and flip to side mount and got it for $150 total. It sits behind my exps2-0 and has proved worthy of the money. The flip to side is a bit tough to flip over though, but i clipped the spring a bit and solved the problem.

Primary arms just came out with a long eye relief 3x may too. I just bought their 6x may and it bumps my eye Evey now and then. I might try the long eye relief 3x in the future. Just something to look into

Good start, Byrd. Here are my suggestions on your needs - CW
mags - ASC are currently the best, pending a comparison with CPDs when they finally arrive.
ammo - Hornady, so you can save the brass
brass - hornady unprimed, difficult to find in stock
powder - start with A2200, maybe H322 as a second choice
primers - CCI 450s or CCI 41s, small primers to fit the Hornady brass

Thanks for the info, since I've been shooting the .270 Win for years, there are some 110 grn & 130 grn bullets on reloading bench ready to go. Was hoping that Varget or 4350 would work for the 6.8, but from what I'm reading it may be to slow a powder. Will give the 322 a try.
