ASC Magazines

Not sure this has been written. I bought a few 10 round ASC Magazines. I hear they are the former C products mags. Just wanted to say I am very happy. They are well built and hold up well so far.

What is the max coal load you can use in the ASC mags?

Just ordered 2 - 10 rounders and 2 - 25 rounders from Cheaper Than Dirt. Anyone have a COAL yet? Hope to have a length by the weekend.

I have one of the ASC mags for my 7.62x39 no problems at all, I just bought two more for $15.95 ea.

Checked the shipping and mine are on the way. Look forward to having mult mags to load out different h/l's and have them ready for range time. They are certainly more affordable than the rest.

As I understand the C products breakup, it seems the outfit that was 'coating' the cproduct mags had a falling out with the cproducts owners, sued, and recieved a couple magazine work stations as part of the settlement. Then they proceeded into business as ASC. The original cproducts people have since reopened under the name LCJ Wholesale and are producing mags again. I always liked cproduct mags as they are inexpensive and perform well. I like the PRI the best in 6.8 however because they allow 2.30 oal: and every bit of length possible is useful when reloading the 6.8 based cartridges. I would like to know the max oal that the ASC mags have too. Wish they or LCJ could get to the 2.30 oal capability. TTT

Mine were getting pretty snug w/ 2.28 OAL
