Anyone ever used a home electroless nickel kit?
I was thinking about getting an electroless nickel kit from caswellplating.com.
I have a mossberg 590 I would like to do and then some bolt carriers and small parts.

No but let me know how it turns out, I would like to nickle coat a lot of small parts.
I've used one and found it effective on small parts. I was hoping it would work on the frame & slide of a 1911. This was back in the 80's and maybe they've improved by now.
I may buy one of the small kits and try it on some small parts before taking on the shotgun.
I would also be interested in seeing the results.
