None of those are true black or completely black. I'm not saying that dark colors don't exist but a pure black object in nature is uncommon. Hogs and "black" panthers are actually very, very dark brown (chocolate color). Ravens and Crows are a very dark blue. Furthermore a black rifle and black magazines stand out more than any dark animal would. Hell even most hunting camouflage turns into nothing but a dark blob and gives away a hunters location very easily. The point was I'm less concerned with a black finish issue on the magazines because I can paint mine a natural color that works better in an outdoor environment in my neck of the woods. I'm more concerned with having a magazine manufacturer produce a cost effective, functional, and reliable magazine for the 6.8 that won't cost me $50 a pop.

The hogs down here a many colors but the majority are black not brown I've seen enough up close and personal to know. And the black ones stand out like a turd in a punch bowl! I love it! I cammo all my weapons!

Midway has them. Picked up a 10 and a 5. Can't say how they work as I am waiting on parts for my build.

I picked a 5 rounder up for bench and prone use. Been running 100% so far.

My pleasure. I put Magpul Ranger plates on them. On the 5 rounders, had to eliminate some of the spacer coils as it would only take 4 rounds.

With all the questions and confusion over this mag or that mag, and if a new "c-products" will start making new quality mags soon, who is making a good quality, reliable mag right now and where can you find them? Also, Stag Arms has 5 and 25 rounders for $30. Are they any good and who makes them?
