Good to hear... glad to hear it.
I have one of their LT uppers which was experiencing quite a few issues. There were problems with feeding and firing out of battery. In addition, the ejected cases would frequently get stuck in the upper, requiring disassembly of the upper to continue firing the rifle. I finally got to the point where I couldn't take it any more and called them. (My email didn't get a response).
By that time with the issues I'd been seeing and the lack of response to my email I was pretty perturbed. I called in and talked to them. The symptoms I was reporting didn't sound right to them so they had me ship back the entire rifle at their expense. No drama required. They heard it wasn't running right, they really cared that it wasn't and wanted to make it right. They replaced the bolt and barrel without charge and sent it back to me.
Well, I just got back from the range with the returned firearm. It functioned flawlessly on 500 rounds of 5 varieties of ammo ranging from standard velocity to high velocity. I just thought I'd post my experience since it's so rare that a company stands behind their product this way. I've had a number of the larger companies who just shrugged and didn't care when their product had an issue so this really stood out to me. Anyway, a big plus one to them for anyone thinking of buying one of their products!
