Default First one down with the 6.8 tonight

Hey folks, first confirmed kill with my 6.8. Got her in my friend's avocado orchard, Kapoho, East Hawaii about 20 minutes from my house. The moon is getting brighter and the hogs are out and about. Couldn't get a good shot last night but made up for it tonight. 95gr TTSX w/ 29.9gr 10X from about 40yds. Wound in the pic is the exit, nice little entry wound behind left shoulder, took about 3 steps and dropped. Dressed out clean. Thanks for all the help getting the 6.8 going. Sorry for the bad iphone pic, I don't usually take a camera.

Nice, I've never thought of Hawaii as a hunting area. Interesting!

Thanks Zippy, I thought about the 50 yd hold advice you posted as I was lining her up, it helped. We got some good hunting opportunities here, just different than you have on the mainland.
