Upper Assmbly instructional?

I hope this thread is ok here. I am building a .223 upper and am trying to find a good How-To. ARFCOM has some but they seem a little light. It doesn't seem incredibly difficult I just don't want to miss a vital and important step.

Anyone know where I can look? My pops should have most of the tools to do this already. I just don't think he has ever used them.

+1 for Brownells, I used their videos and an ARFCOM tutorial to build my first lower. Made it easy and quick. I probably spent more time studying the guide than actually building the lower.
