5.56 in 6.8 mags?

Hey guys, I just got an LWRC M6A2 in 6.8 with a few barrett 30 round mags and I love it. I've been thinking about getting another m6a2 in 5.56, as well as stocking up on barrett 6.8 mags. My question is will 5.56 work in a 6.8 magazine? I'd much rather stock up on barrett mags and use them for both caliber guns if possible. Otherwise I guess I'm stuck with p mags.

No 556 will not work in 6.8 mags

There's nothing wrong with Pmags. I use them whenever I can in both a Colt and Bushmaster rifle. If Magpul were to start making a 6.8 Pmag I would use that in the build I am working on.
