I have been looking into getting another stripped lower and was wanting to know if anyone has ever personally seen or used a TKS billet lower. Another lower I have been considering is one of Denny's lowers. The price difference is about $30.

Don't know about TKS but everything I have received from Denny's has been top notch.

TKS uses 6061 T6 aluminum. Denny's = Tactical Innovations (http://www.tacticalinc.com/t15bdx-billet-deluxe-billet-machined-ar15-lower-receiver-p-1082.html) lower (I think). 7075 T6 Aluminum.
Other than that, I'm not aware of any real differences. If Denny's is a TI lower, then it has a wire EDM machined magwell, a set screw to keep the takedown pin detent and spring in place, and a nylon-tipped screw to adjust the tension between upper and lower.

I should have added: I have a T15BDX lower, and it seems very nice. I can imagine that Denny's is just as nice. Once I get a LPK, I'll let you know how well it fits together.
