Just looking for info on barrel makers. I had planned on purchasing a Cardinal Armory lightweight, but his web site and everything I have read says that he has unfortunately shut down. So, now I am looking for another company that has a 16" lightweight 6.8. Any info will help. Thanks.

Chrome lined or stainless steel? Denny's Recon 16" has a good rep. I have one, though I haven't shot it enough to break it in yet, so I can't comment on accuracy yet. It's a couple ounces lighter than the M4 profile. I did have it rechambered to SPC2 by PauloSantos just to be on the safe side, since it was apparenly the old SAAMI chamber.

There is rumor that Denny is changing his chamber, but I definitely can't confirm that. And he seems to be out of stock on it, so you might call him up and see what the deal is.

White Oak Armament makes a similar barrel, and if you can wait, will custom profile the barrel for you.

Or you can wait for the Titan Armory barrels in a month or two.

Chrome lined. Thanks, I think the Titan Armory one is going to have the profile I want.
