Bipods & Adapters

For X-Mas, the wife is giving me RRA Predator upper http://www.rockriverarms.com/index.cfm?fuseaction=category.display&category_id=271.

I would like to add a swivel type bipod but I don't know which bipod or adapter to purchase. It appears that most of the members of this forum use Harris ... so I guess Harris must be the best or really good. If I went with Harris, which adapter do I need? http://www.harrisbipods.com/ Adapters are located about three quarters of the page.

It has a sling swivel, so you don't need an adapter.

You just need to figure out which bipod you need - height? swivel? notches?
