I received my upper in 1 week, from the time I ordered it. Ben does an excellent job getting his orders out the door.

Mine took a while, but he had to go overseas for his day job. Just sit at home, twiddle your thumbs and go to your happy place while you imagine all of the clover leaf holes you will punch into paper with 5 consecutive rounds. It's worth the wait.

I ordered a 18" Recon barrel w/ PWS Triad 30 FH and an LMT ACB bolt and some mags yesterday morning. At about 1 o'clock I realized I'd rather have the 16" Recon Barrel so I e-mailed Ben and in about 10 minutes he e-mailed me back saying he had changed my order. I asked when I might expect my order and he said it would ship this week! You talk about awesome!!!!

it mostly comes down to what is in stock, he just shipped my new 6.8 BSP upper, so a little over a week, damn good....

but you have to remember if you are building an upper, its almost impossible to keep everything in stock and then demand can change/increase and parts go out of stock so may take awhile longer. barrels are a big PITA with everyone right now, there are only so many barrel manufacturers and demand is huge

I ordered mine on Jan 6, and still patiently waiting. It doesn't bother me too much, because Ben's been keeping me up to speed on the progress. The barrel had to be bead-blasted, then I made a change to the order (different gas block), and now he's waiting on the forearm. I can't imagine the challenge he's got to get all the parts together for each order. That said, I do feel like a little kid waiting for Christmas ;-).

I really hope to have mine next week. I have to get it sighted in and tested for an upcoming coyote calling tournament. All I ordered was a black 16" barrel, LMT acb bolt, PWS triad 30 FH, and some mags. Oh and a gas tube. Fingers crossed and breath held.

When I bought my upper from Ben, it wasn't standard practice for him to do shipping confirmations unless specifically requested. Maybe that's changed though as its been about a year and a half since I got mine.

I ordered my upper the week of Shot show. Ben called me that friday and it shipped last monday. I got it in this morning and it looks great. I wasnt picky on particulars to was willing to go with some of the parts he had on hand to speed up the process. I know getting the barrel bead blasted and painted takes a few extra weeks if he didn't happen to already have one on hand just the way you wanted. Cant wait to put mine to the test and hope it out-shoots the old 556 so it can go to work on both hogs and coyotes!

I put in an order for a 18" Recon 1/26. No news yet. I'm not expecting anything for a while, I went with a bead blasted barrel. I have plenty of time between now and deer season, but I'm getting anxious! I feel like a kid waiting for Christmas.

Looks like I'm waiting on this, and then bead blasting. Looks like I won't be seeing it anytime soon. Oh well, I have a few more 6.8 reloading odds & ends to pick up.

I joined your ranks yesterday morning. Just getting the barrels seems to be the glitch. I got to play with one of Bens uppers last night. It's gonna be well worth the wait. The only problem is piecing a lower togather slow enough to fill the time while we wait. One part per day.

Hey guys, note that our new website is pretty new and the account stuff isn't fully functional yet. You should be able to check status etc but there are quirks when making a second order and some other things. This should be sorted out in the next couple weeks.

Also, note that "pending" means that we've moved the order into our internal system and are getting the parts together for the build. After that the order moves to "completed" then "shipped."

Just received my 16” recon with stag bolt today. Beautiful barrel cant wait to get my upper together. Now all I need is my forend from Samson,still dont know how long that will take. Not bad on a 1 week wait thanks Ben.

Ben callled me last night about my 18" recon upper. Said it should ship today. :a15:

Well UPS lost my package. It made it all the way from Washington to Oklahoma City and that's where it was lost. It arrived in OKC last Wednesday and was supposed to be delivered last Thursday. I contacted Ben on Saturday and informed of the delay or possible lost package. I checked my UPS tracking number today and he has sent another package. Hopefully this one will make it the whole way. I have a coyote calling contest this Saturday but the package isn't supposed to be here until Friday, so depending on when it arrives, I may not be able to use it for the hunt. This is in no way Ben's fault. I'm still not sure what happened but hopefully it won't happen again. Kudos to Ben for being fast in the e-mail replies and getting another barrel and parts sent out so fast. Will report back when I receive the package and a range report. Hopefully I'll be bale to put some fur on the ground with it this weekend.
