Been to Bishkek/Manus many times. You're broke or you'd be there too? That went right over my head. Must be too early for me, lol. Tell him we wish him a speedy and safe return.

Gotcha. Yes, usually anything going into Afghanistan goes thru manus before heading downrange.

I stopped there once and slept in a comfortable chair at Pete's. We only stopped because of heavy snow at Bagram.

Shannon,
Prayers sent ... and our thank you for your service and sacrifice. It is deeply respected and appreciated.
My youngest son served in Gulf War I and II. Has been had tours in Afghanistan and Iraq. Thought he was getting a low key tour ... is currently in Bahrain. His new wife is waiting at home for the first ... now understanding how difficult it is waiting for news from the kid that has earned too many awards for doing things that had to be done at the time.
Peace Brother.

News didnt report it but when you say "contractor" thats what it means....Ever since their bad rap, news shys away from saying that name....I will ask again, but Sean told me a Cilvian.... Security Contractor....
Yeah Im worried big time since dick cheese got killed, It's going to be a lot worse I belive now, but it had to be done, and I wish I could for a second feel like that SEAL did when he off that POS...
