I have 1 converted and have 1 more to do.
Not sure if I want to convert my SCAR yet.
This adds quite a bit of cost to the Sig, SCAR or ACR and don't know if there is a market for it but, I do have a ACR to convert for a customer.
I use the parts from the donor rifle so it isn't a quick change back to 5.56.

What would you need from someone if they already had a 556 that they wanted to convert to 6.8? What kind of cost?

The complete rifle and $500, I have to modify the bolt which cannot be reversed but it doesn't harm the 5.56 barrel. There is no such thing as good cheap barrel blanks in a 6.8, the cheap ones are 10 twist and AR barrels are not big enough so these must be made from full size premium stainless blanks.

Ok thanks for the info wish it was easier like with the AR where it was just an Upper to swap.

Sig serial numbers are on the upper and the barrels aren't just clamped in with a barrel nut.
These are like headspacing a bolt gun, the receiver is needed.
